LAGOON 2011 "Endless Summer—Surf, Sun & Season Passports" :60 TV

The first wave of commercials used to launch the 2011 "Endless Summer" campaign for Lagoon Amusement Park and their new super cool, surf-themed coaster "BomBora." We created :60, :30 & :15 versions featuring the smash hit "Let's Go Surfing" by The Drums. The campaign was conceived, written and directed by Matt Hodgson, shot on Widescreen Super 8mm film by cinematographer Matthew Williams, and produced by Jeff T. Miller of Vineyard Productions. The campaign was edited by TJ Nelson. Color sweetening by Jeff Tillotson @ LightPress in Seattle. Shot with a Classic Professional 16 X 9 Super 8mm camera from Pro8mm in Burbank, and on a Nizo Super 8mm camera, courtesy of Jeff Tillotson @ Lightpress.
